Dublin 4-21
Cork 2-17
Dublin romped home to a 10 point victory against Cork this evening in Croke Park, with that margin of difference being kind on the Rebels.
The Dubs blitzed Cork with three first half goals, with David Treacy, Eamon Dillon and Sean McGrath all raising the green flag.
Treacy impressed throughout, finishing with 1-07, while Dillon netted a double when he added Dublin's fourth in the second half to kill off any hope of a Cork comeback.
Dublin led by 18 points going into the closing stages, but an injury time Seamus Harnedy double put some respectability on the board.
The win brings Dublin to four points while Cork now find themselves in serious trouble having failed to pick up any points in their three outings.
