Yesterday, Boston pulled out of the running to host the 2024 Olympics and Paralympics due to a lack of public support.
But IOC president Thomas Bach says he is "confident" the US Olympic Committee will pick another "appropriate" candidate city.
The US Olympic Committee are reported to now be in discussions about a bid from LA.
