We are less than ten days away from Joe Duffy's main even fight with Dustin Poirier at the UFC Fight Night event in Dublin's 3Arena. 

The UFC have released footage of the Donegal native preparing for his fight from his training camp in Montreal. The Lightweight says "it doesn't get much better" than main eventing a UFC event in Ireland. The fight next Saturday night will only be Duffy's third with the promotion.

The video shows Duffy training in Tristar Gym and living in the Canadian city. The footage shows Duffy training in a "Shark Tank" scenario where his opponent changes every 60 seconds. His coach Eric O'Keefe said the Donegal man lasted 43 minutes.

Duffy also shows his living quarters in Montreal where he lives with his team mates who are in camp for future fights. The dorms "keeps you focused" according to Duffy and the conditions keep all the fighter "hungry".
