Ipswich striker Noel Hunt could miss the rest of the season with a knee injury.

The 32-year-old looks set to be out for 12 weeks with a knee injury picked up during a game against Fulham last weekend.

Scans revealed Hunt has suffered medial ligament damage in his knee, Sky Sports reports.

The former Shamrock Rovers man joined Mick McCarthy’s Ipswich in January and has scored three goals in 11 games.
