Real Madrid achieved their Decima in May and one more All Ireland win for Henry Shefflin and he achieves his personal Decima.

That tenth Liam McCarthy Cup triumph could be achieved this year. But Kilkenny will have to get past Limerick in the semis and whoever awaits in the final.

Ahead of this weekend's semi-final against Limerick, Off The Ball's Nathan Murphy caught up with the 11-time All Star who discussed his fitness and how he and his team-mates prepare for the big games at this time of year. 

Shefflin also spoke about the change in tactics within hurling, as well as the conveyer belt of talent within the county.
