Russian modern pentathlete Alexander Kukarin has passed away after suffering a suspected heart attack.
The 22-year-old won the silver medal at this year's World Championship.
He passed away while staying at a hotel in Moscow, where he was found on Thursday.

"An unexpected cardiac arrest is our initial diagnosis. The autopsy and final results will be ready in one and a half to two months," said the Russian Modern Pentathlon Federation.
