From greater media coverage to the barriers which exist at all ages for women with sporting aspirations, Ger was joined by Olympic sailor Annalise Murphy, Liberty Insurance Head of Marketing Annette Ni Dhaothlai and sports journalist Cliona Foley today to talk about their experiences -  good and bad - as well as the solutions they see when it comes to female participation in the sphere of sports.
