Jonathan Sexton and Craig Gilroy have both been declared fit for Saturdays final Six Nations game with Italy.
Sexton missed the games against Scotland and France due to a hamstring injury while Gilroy sat out the French game with a groin injury.
Brian O'Driscoll and Luke Marshall are both suffering from concussion so the medical team say it's too early to tell if they'll be available for the trip to Rome.
Ulster's uncapped scrum half Paul Marshall has been called in for Eoin Reddan who will have surgery today on his broken leg. Reddan is expect to be out for 12-16 weeks.
Fergus McFadden has been ruled out for up to a month with a rib injury.
