"Jurgen Klopp is working from a different situation because Liverpool aren't going to be in trouble relegation-wise.

"I don't think there is any danger of that. Sunderland are already in danger of relegation, so the two of them have to get in different types of players and what happens when you get in a position like Sunderland are, [a player like Kevin] Nolan has been a very good player and servant for Big Sam over a number of years, so he's got to get players in the club that he can rely on.

"That's what he will do because obviously he'll know a lot of players. Nolan doesn't seem to be in the setup at West Ham at present, so he could well be a good leader for them. [Big Sam] knows what he can do, he's been a good-hearted player and that's the type of player he needs at the moment.  

"Klopp needs a different type of player a different type of player for the position they're in. You'll find that the two of them need players to come in and do the stuff for them as soon as possible."
