Everton's Darron Gibson has emerged as an injury doubt for next weekend's Premier league opening weekeend.
The former Manchester United midfielder picked up a knee injury in the Toffee's win over Real Betis.
He had felt a problem during the warm-up before the game, but started nonetheless.

Gibson is due to have a scan in the next couple of days.
Due to long-running issues with Giovanni Trapattoni, he has not been called for Ireland since 2012 and is not part of the squad to face Wales.
