Limerick IT continued their perfect run in this year's Fitzgibbon Cup with victory over Waterford IT in the quarter final this afternoon.

Waterford's Austin Gleeson was given a straight red on 27 minutes  for an off-the-ball incident involving opposing wing-back Oisin O’Brien.

Davy Fitz's side topped Group A with victories over UCD, Maynooth University and UCC and will now take part in finals weekend down in Cork at the end of the month.
