France's official Euro 2016 song has been widely criticised for using English lyrics.

Skip The Use has recorded a version of the Kiss classic "I Was Made For Lovin' You", which has not gone down well with France's political hierarchy.

Andre Vallini, the State Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, with responsibility towards the French language called the move as "appalling and unacceptable".
