At 10am last Tuesday, a group of Carlisle United fans set off on the longest road-trip in the English football league, not returning until 5am the next morning.
ESPN and Guardian Football Weekly contributor Iain Macintosh went along with them for the 779-mile round-trip from just south of the Scottish border to a lengthy away trip against Plymouth on England's south coast.
He's had a few days to recover his senses and on this week's Team 33, Iain joined us again to tell us about some of the stories and characters from that epic trip which had a bit of a sting in the tail for the Carlisle fans who put themselves through that journey.
