Luke Fitzgerald will start on he wing for Leinster's clash with Harlequins at the Twickenham stoop on Sunday, while Rob Kearney has claimed his place at full back.
The duo had injury and fitness issues heading into this weekend's match, but have recovered in time to be included.
Ian Madigan continues in the centre with Gordon D'Arcy at 13, while Jimmy Gopperth and Eoin Reddan are the out-halves.
Jack McGrath, Sean Cronin and Mike Ross form an all new front row.
Dominic Ryan and Dave Kearney have both missed out on selection due to injury.
Both pulled up in training on Tuesday with quad and hip issues respectively.
