Marouane Fellaini will not face any disciplinary action from the FA over the alleged spitting incident between himself and Pablo Zabaleta.
Fellaini was accused of spitting at Manchester City’s Zabaleta during the recent Manchester derby. Fellaini would have faced an automatic three match ban had he been charged with the offence.
The FA has, however, deided that the Belgian international will nto face a charge.

"Having reviewed all available footage, the FA has decided that there is no case to answer," the BBC quote an FA source as saying.
