An emotional Frank Lampard thanked fans and team-mates for helping him to break Bobby Tambling's Chelsea goal record.

Lampard's brace gave Chelsea a 2 - 1 win to push them closer to the Top Four, but it also meant that he has reached 203 goals for Blues to put him a goal clear of Bobby Tambling.

Lampard who turns 35 next month, has yet to agree a new contract but reiterated his desire to remain at Stamford Bridge.
