The Ronan O'Gara documentary made plenty of waves after it aired on January 2nd.
Ex-Ireland head coach Eddie O'Sullivan was on Off The Ball tonight on Monday Night Rugby and he felt that the documentary captured the real O'Gara.
"It was very honest. In the documentary, I don't think Ronan held anything back at any stage. But that's the nature of Ronan. He's often against himself too much after matches because he's an emotional guy and he expresses his emotions. I often found working with him that he's a great guy to work with. You're never in doubt what he's thinking. I respected that hugely and we got a lot of that in the documentary."
Meanwhile, future Grenoble head coach Bernard Jackman was also on Monday Night Rugby, days after his team beat Toulon away from home.
However, French clubs are generally poor away from home and he explained why they are often so defeatist on their travels.
"I'm shocked by how tolerant fans are of non-performances away from home. We (Grenoble) shipped a couple of heavy defeats last year and if you go to the boulangerie the next morning, the first thing they say to you is that it's impossible to win away.
"It's something the French players are brought up with. It's part of the culture but the crazy thing is that every Top 14 club has 16 foreigners who think it's achievable to win away from home. But still they morph into that kind of mentality. It's very important that from the top down they don't give them an excuse and expect the same work-rate every Saturday and not just for the home fans."
The lads also discussed the weekend's inter-pro action and both Eddie and Bernard believe Connacht were unlucky against Leinster with refereeing decisions going against them.
