The Dubs narrowly edged out Tyrone in Omagh to book their spot, winning 3-10 to 1-15.
Mayo were comfortable winners over Derry, winning 2-12 to 1-7 at Elverys MacHale Park to take the last semi-final spot.
Cork await Dublin, while Mayo and Derry will meet again next Sunday in the other semi-final.
Cork were 2-18 to 1-11 winners over Kerry at Austin Stack Park.
Kildare and Westmeath were both already relegated before today’s game but Kildare took the minor consolation available with a 1-22 to 0-8 win over Paul Bealin’s side.
In Division 2, Donegal beat Armagh by 2-10 to 1-8 at the Athletic Grounds.
The win means Donegal have been promoted, with Armagh going down.
Monaghan have beaten Galway by 0-13 to 0-12 in Clones, with Monaghan joining Donegal in getting promoted.
Elsewhere, Meath beat Louth by 2-10 to 1-12 at the Gaelic Grounds in Drogheda, a result which sees Louth go down.
Laois beat Down by 1-16 to 2-10 in Portlaoise.
