The stars of the film "Lincoln" will be in Dublin this evening for its gala premiere, all in aid of the Wicklow Hospice Foundation.

Daniel Day-Lewis, Sally Field and director Steven Spielberg will attend the premiere of the movie, which has been nominated for 12 Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Actor.

An auction of the movie's props will be held following the screening, all proceeds of which will go to the Wicklow Hospice Foundation, a cause that's said to be close to Day-Lewis's heart.
