In a couple of weeks' time, Munster veteran Donncha O'Callaghan will turn 35 and is enjoying working with the younger players coming into the Munster setup and Ireland.
Munster's most-capped player joined Joe in studio and as his career comes towards its Indian summer, younger players are not the only changes he has to get used to.
From next season, Munster will be led by new head coach Anthony 'Axel' Foley.
"He'll be an incredible coach. I'm lucky that I've played with Axel and I've always felt that he's been a coach on the pitch. He always made the smartest reads in defence, he always knew exactly what to do at the right time. He's Munster to the core. It's in his DNA. So it's going to be great, because we'll have a Munster man who knows us inside-out."
But O'Callaghan also praised current coach Rob Penney for helping Munster to evolve.
He also gave us an insight into his character and the levels of hard work required to remain at the top level. One challenge is to remain involved for Joe Schmidt's Ireland.
O'Callaghan also touched on the upcoming retirement of long-time Ireland team-mate Brian O'Driscoll.
"When teams play against him, you see the respect he's held in over in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. To be honest, you rate people not by playing with them, but when you play against them you really learn their value. That's where Drico was a nightmare. From our end, he was a player that raised the standard for the rest of us, be it skill level and natural talent. We had to all raise our game even in training sessions. He's one of the best leaders I've ever been around."
