Marshall Mathers III, better known as the rapper Eminem is one of Detroit's most famous sons.

To celebrate the Detroit Tigers first home game of the new baseball season, Mathers and his company Shady Records have joined forces with the team to release a limited edition jersey.

The shirt comes with Eminem's real surname on the back, including his famous backwards E, along with the number eight, made famous from the film '8 Mile'.

It is the second year in a row, Mathers and the Tigers have joined forces ahead of the start of the season. We are already anticipating the 2017 version.  

Last season, the Tigers finished bottom of the American League Central standings with a 74-87 record.
