Leinster's hopes of a third consecutive Heineken Cup title will hang in the balance ahead of this evening's trip to Sandy Park to face the Exeter Chiefs.

After a narrow win over the Premiership side in their opening game of Pool 5, Leinster will know that they have to conjure-up a bonus-point victory if they are to have any hope of reaching the quarter-finals.

Brian O'Driscoll will return to the side and he will be desperate to prove a point after being stripped of the Ireland captaincy earlier in the week, while the defending champions have also been boosted by the return to fitness of Sean O'Brien, Richardt Strauss and Kevin McLaughlin.

The other match in Pool 5 will see Clermont Auvergne visit the Scarlets with both games kick-off at 6pm.

Ulster are also in action this afternoon as they finish-off their Pool 4 campaign with a trip to Castres in the south of France.

Ruan Pienaar and Paul Marshall will be the starting half-backs while Michael Allen and Neil McComb will both be making their Heineken Cup debuts.

The other game in the pool will see Glasgow host Northampton, with both games getting underway at 1.35pm.

Pool 6 is also down for decision, with Toulon looking to hold onto top-spot as they travel to fellow French side, Montpellier.

The other game sees the Cardiff Blues looking for their first win of the pool as they host the Sale Sharks.

Those games kick-off at 3.40pm.
