As Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor get set to face off on December 12th, Dana White has been talking about how UFC 194 could be one of the biggest events in the history of the promotion.

The world tour to promote the fight in the summer had anticipation at a fever pitch, but despite it being pushed back until this month, it doesn't seem to have dampened expectations any.

Speaking to Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports, Dana White revealed that the gate for the event may well be in excess of $9 million, making it possibly one of the biggest events the UFC has ever held.

Journalist for Severe MMA and HMV John Balfe asked for further details on the breakdown of the ticket sales, and it turns out that a huge number of fans will be coming from Ireland to support McGregor, as White stated:

Iole further stated that White reckoned an even bigger number of Irish fans would turn up without tickets for the event, so it may well feel like a home crowd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
