Coventry goalkeeper Joe Murphy has been added to the Republic of Ireland squad for the rest of this weekend's friendly against Italy.

Murphy will link up with the panel on the eve of Saturday's match at Craven Cottage and will then be released from the panel.

Meanwhile, Manchester City's teenage goalkeeper Ian Lawlor, who took part in training this morning, has been called up for the remaining post-season fixtures against Italy, Costa Rica, and Portugal.

Derby's Conor Sammon, Jeff Hendrick and Richard Keogh joined the squad tonight, while Kevin Doyle will come into camp on Thursday.
