Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says there is a slight chance that top scorer Diego Costa could play against Manchester United.

The striker was hospitalised this week with a viral illness and also had hamstring trouble.

He missed last week's win over Crystal Palace and the midweek Champions League match against Maribor.

His replacement Loic Remy picked up an injury in that 6 - 0 victory.

But Mourinho is not ruling Costa out completely.

"Diego has a little chance. We will see what happens between Friday, Saturday and Sunday," said Mourinho.
