Corofin are All Ireland Club Football champions for the second time in their history.
The Galway side have beaten Slaughtneil of Derry 1-14 to 0-7 at Croke Park.
The only goal of the game came from Martin Farragher as Corofin ended a 17-year wait for glory at national level.

They built a healthy lead with that goal coming shortly after the quarter hour mark.
