The Cork footballers have made eight changes to their side for Sunday's Allianz National League clash with Tyrone.

Manager Brian Cuthbert has responded to their defeat to Mayo last time out by also making several positional switches.

Goalkeeper David Hanrahan will make his senior debut, while Noel Galvin replaces Kevin Crowley at corner back.

James Loughrey returns to the side at wing-back with Michael Shields starting at centre-back.

Fintan Goold is preferred to Andrew O'Sullivan in midfield, and John O'Rourke has been rewarded for his goal-scoring cameo against Mayo with a place at half-forward. Mark Collins has been named on the other wing.

In the full-forward line, John Hayes starts ahead of Donncha O'Connor. Dual stars Eoin Cadogan and Aidan Walsh will start at corner-back and midfield respectively.
