Connacht have named an experimental backline for tomorrow's game.

21-year-old academy out-half Jack Carty makes his first senior start for the province and he will be partnered by Kieran Marmion.

Darragh Leader, who has also been brought up through the Connacht Academy, starts at fullback in place of the injured Gavin Duffy.

The forward pack remains unchanged from last week's point loss to Munster, with John Muldoon continuing at openside flanker in the absence of the injured Jake Heenan.

Meanwhile, Jamie Heaslip will captain Leinster for at the Sportsground.

Brian O'Driscoll and Gordon D'Arcy will form the centre partnership for the defending champions, while the return of Rob Kearney at full-back means that Zane Kirchner moves to the wing.

Jordi Murphy has been named at openside flanker in the absence of Sean O'Brien.
