There was heartbreak for Connacht in the Guinness Pro 12 tonight as Cardiff Blues scored a last gasp converted try to deny Pat Lam's side an away victory at the Arms Park.
The Welsh side won out 18-17, which meant that Connacht had to settle for a losing bonus point.
An early try from Jake Heenan and five points off the boot of Craig Ronaldson had put Pat Lam's side on course to strengthen their grip on sixth place, until Joaquin Tuculet's try gave Cardiff the win.
