Today’s Off the Ball comes packed with the usual fine mix of up to the minute coverage of the day’s action and in depth discussion on some of sport’s biggest issues. Tune in from 2 pm

Our Saturday Panel looks at coaching kids and the best way to develop them as players and people, without overloading them with pressure.

In studio is an expert panel of Pat Daly, the GAA’s Director of Games Development, George O’Connor, the 1996 All-Ireland winning Wexford hurler and currently Provincial Hurling Administrator with Leinster GAA, and Diarmuid Lyng, former Primary School teacher, Wexford hurler and current Off the Ball man of wisdom.

At 3 Roddy Collins and Andrew Mangan of the award winning Arsenal fan site ‘Arseblog’ are in studio to talk football and preview the game’s big FA Cup tie between Spurs and Arsenal.

Then at 4 we are joined in studio and on the phone by some of the biggest names in Irish athletes to discuss the culture of US scholarships for young Irish athletes. Sonia O’Sullivan joins Ger Gilroy from Cork, while Eamon Coughlan, Irish Olympian and former 5000m world champion, Ian O’Riordan of the Irish Times and David McCarthy, current international middle and long distance runner, are all in studio.

Shortly after 5 we have analysis of the day’s FA Cup third round ties with Graham Taylor, as we look back on the big results and talking points from the day’s games.

We will also be looking back at last night’s Pro12 game between Ulster and Munster at Ravenhill, and looking ahead to tonight’s clash between Connacht and Leinster.

And to go with all of that we’ll keep you updated on all of the day’s action from across the world of sport.

Tune in from 2 and if you miss anything you can get the highlights on NEwstalk.ie or on iTunes
