Former Chelsea and Arsenal defender Ashley Cole thinks English players are afraid of leaving their comfort zone and playing overseas.
The former England international has joined Italian side Roma after being released by Chelsea.
At his first press conference for his new club, he said: "English players feel in their comfort zone in UK. This is a chance for me to try a different language, culture and way of living."
