Brian Cody has praised his side for their win in yesterdays All Ireland semi final against Limerick at Croke park.

The Cats win the game played in terrible weather conditions on a scoreline of 2-13 to 17 points.

Hogan and Power with the goals for the Noresiders while Shane Dowling scored 7 points for Limerick.

It was a tough defeat for Limerick who haven’t reached the final since 2007 and who haven’t won the Liam McCarthy cup since 1973.

Afterwards both managers spoke to me and as per usual Brian Cody wasn't getting carried away.
