Clondaw Warrior claimed the Guinness Galway Hurdle after a superb late burst under jockey Ruby Walsh.

The Willie Mullins-trained challenge, who started as the 9/2 favourite, beat Hidden Cyclone into second.

The 16/1 Princely Conn was third.

Meanwhile, the Guinness FOALS Handicap was won by Tara Dylan and the Guinness West Indies Porter Flat Race went to Big Bad Brian.
