Burnley midfielder Dean Marney will miss the rest of his side's battle to stay in the Premier League.

The Clarets have confirmed he suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury in Sunday's 2-2 draw against West Brom.

Marney has been a regular in the starting eleven for much of the campaign.
