Manchester City have moved within four points of Premier League leaders Manchester United who don't play until tomorrow.

City won 2-0 at home to Fulham thanks to a goal in each half from David Silva.

Over at Anfield Liverpool hammered Norwich 5-0. Jordan Henderson, Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge and Steven Gerrard all scored while the fifth was a Ryan Bennett own goal.

It finished 1-1 between West Ham and QPR at Upton Park. Loic Remy gave the his new side the lead on his debut but Joe Cole equalised for the Hammers.

Sunderland won 3-2 away to Wigan - Steven Fletcher got two for Martin O'Neill's side.

Reading came from a goal down to beat Newcastle 2-1 at St. James' Park with Adam Le Fondre scoring twice after Yohan Cabaye put the home side ahead with a free kick.

Swansea won 3-1 at home to Stoke.

West Brom take on Aston Villa at the Hawthorns at 5.30pm.
