He's played in a Heineken Cup final and RaboDirect Pro 12 deciders, but Chris Henry says tomorrow's Six Nations clash against England is the biggest game he will have played in so far.

The Ulster No 7 spoke to Dave McIntyre this week and he also explained how the match will be poignant for him.

His rugby-playing father was a strong presence in his life but passed away in 2010 after a short illness.

"If I'm nervous, he would have been 10 times as nervous. I'm very lucky that my father was my biggest fan. I'm very lucky that my Mum still travels and I've got great family and friends who support me as well so anytime you go out in these sort of big occasions, you do think of the people who are most important to you. It's one of those days where, if selected, you're singing the anthem and Twickenham and it will be one of those that you remember for a long time."

Henry is seen as a threat and nuisance at the breakdown by opposing coaches and Henry said he takes that as a compliment.

But he also spoke about the need to be a "nuisance" within the letter of the law, in order to reduce the penalty count, something he sees as vital against England.

Henry also said that Ireland have been focusing on the ball-carrying threat of Billy Vunipola.
