Chelsea have moved to the top of the Premier League table with a 2-0 win against Hull City.

Goals from Eden Hazard and Fernando Torres broke down a stubborn Hull side. Hazard scored 10 minutes into the second half, shooting from outside the area to score low past Allan McGregor.

Torres added the insurance late in the game when he scored with a low shot from the edge of the area.
