Chelsea have agreed a deal to sell full-back Felipe Luis to Atletico Madrid.

The 29-year-old Brazilian is set to return to Atleti after just one season with Chelsea, after the clubs agreed a loan fee, with Madrid also have an option to extend that loan deal for a second season.

Luis failed to get regular game-time in his preferred left-back spot due to the form of Spain international Cesar Azpilicueta.

He made just eight Premier League starts during the season.
