Chelsea and West Brom have both been hit with fines after stormy scenes during their Premier League game at Stamford Bridge earlier this month.
Chelsea must pay £65,000, while their opponents have to shell out £35,000.
A mass confrontation occurred after a clash between Diego Costa and Claudio Yacob.
