Chelsea have agreed a fee with Vitesse Arnhem for midfielder Marco van Ginkel
The 20-year-old scored 8 goals in 33 appearances last season for the club he joined as a 7-year-old. Vitesse finished in the Top Four for the first time in over a decade, while Van Ginkel was named Dutch Talent of the Year.
He is also on the fringes of the Netherlands national team with one full cap to his name.

He is known for his Dutch traits of shooting touch, discipline and vision and Chelsea are set to seal a deal worth about €9 million.
