Celtic are ready to go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport over a racial abuse charge handed to one of their players.

Aleksandar Tonev, who is on loan from Aston Villa, will find out on Thursday if his appeal against the seven-match sanction from the Scottish Football Association is successful or not.

He denies racially abusing Aberdeen's Shay Logan.

Celtic boss Ronny Deila says they're backing the Bulgarian all the way.

"We have to do everything we can in our power to get this away from Alex. We believe him. We don't believe that Aleksandar is a racist," said Deila.
