Bayern Munich completed their Bundesliga in style over the weekend, following a 4-1 victory over Freiburg.

They secured their fifth consecutive title last month, and the win over Freiburg left them 15 points clear at the summit of the table, with RB Leipzig coming in second place.

It was a last Bayern Munich appearance for team captain Philipp Lahm, who played his 517th game for the club to bring his career to a close. He was presented with some gifts from the club after the victory.

Meanwhile, fellow Bayern stars Xabi Alonso and keeper Tom Starke, were also presented with some items to mark their retirements.

Bayern boss Carlo Ancelotti contributed to the celebrations, by taking to the stage took and singing a duet alongside singer Anastacia.
