Brock Lesnar's second spell with the UFC has come to an end.

The WWE star returned to the organisation for a fight against Mark Hunt at UFC 200 last summer. The former UFC Heavyweight Champion defeated Mark Hunt in a dominant performance, but the result was eventually turned into a No Contest.

Lesnar was found to have tested positive for clomiphene in pre-fight and post-fight drug tests. He was banned for a year by USADA.

Despite now publicising his retirement, MMAFighting.com have confirmed that the 39-year-old has hung up his gloves for a second time.

Lesnar has been removed from the USADA testing pool, meaning if he was to return to the organisation, he would have to return to the testing pool, months in advance.

One of the most dominant fighters in the history of the sport, Lesnar's record ends with a modest record of 5-3 with the Hunt fight being a No Contest.

Although retired from MMA, Lesnar is to continue with the WWE. He is scheduled to fight Bill Goldberg at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando in April.
