Mattheus Oliveira was one of the stars of the 1994 World Cup without even being at the tournament.

The Brazilian was two days old when his father Bebeto scored in the quarter-finals against the Netherlands. What followed was one of football's most iconic goal celebrations.

Bebeto began cradling his arms in celebration of the birth of his son. He was joined by Mazinho and Romario in one of the tournament's most memorable moments.

Oliveira has gone on to create a career of his own. On Monday afternoon he joined Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon.

The midfielder joined Sporting after spending two seasons with Estoril in the Potuguese top-tier. He began his career in Brazil at Flamengo, where his father also played.

Oliveira is clearly valued by Sporting. He has been given a  five-year contract with a €60 million buyout clause.

He has yet to play for Brazil's senior team. His heritage and move to Sporting means that debut may come sooner rather than later.
