Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has been jailed for three and a half years for tax evasion.
He had admitted to avoiding paying more than €27 million.
A club legend, Hoeness has served Bayern as a player and an administrator since the 1970s, and won the World Cup with West Germany as a player in 1974.
