Marion Bartoli has booked her place in this year's Wimbledon final.

The 2007 runner-up thrashed Kirsten Flipkens of Belgium in straight sets in the first of this afternoon's semi-finals.

Bartoli won-out 6-1, 6-2 to advance to Saturday's final.

She will now face either Sabine Lisicki or Agnieszka Radwanska who meet in the second semi-final.
