Ian Barraclough expects to replace Mark Quigley and Jason McGuinness with “replacements that are equally as good or better” and the Sligo Rovers boss is preparing for a more competitive, higher standard League of Ireland in 2013.
Barraclough told Newstalk’s Oisin Langan that he had come in to the Sligo Rovers set up in the enviable position of taking over a side in good health and still on an upward trajectory following the departure of former boss Paul Cook.

Barraclough was speaking to Newstalk’s Oisin Langan at the Philips Sports Manger of the Year, where he was a nominee for the award, and spoke about his year and what he feels he, and his team, need to do to defend their League of Ireland crown in 2013.
