Champions Sligo Rovers will be looking to make it six wins from six when they travel to UCD for a 7.30pm start.
Before that at 3pm, second place Derry City can close the gap on Sligo with a win at home to Bray Wanderers.
Drogheda United and Cork City also kick off at 3pm while Shelbourne and Bohemians meet at Tolka Park from 7pm.
