Celtic have increased their lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership with a 2-1 win over Partick Thistle at Firhill.

Georgios Samaras opened the scoring for Celtic in the 32^nd minute but the sides were level on 65 minutes when Kris Doolan scored for the home side.

Amido Balde was the match winner for Celtic with the second half substitute putting the champions ahead on 75 minutes.
