It looks as though Ashley Cole has played his final game for Chelsea.

The former England full-back has tweeted to say he is weighing up his options as he has not been offered a contract extension at Stamford Bridge.

I am weighing up my options for playing next season with my agent and sadly it does not look like chelsea will be one of them. 💙💙💙💙

Since his controversial move from boyhood club Arsenal in 2006, Cole has won a Champions League, Europa League, four FA Cups and a Premier League title at Chelsea.

Liverpool and Real Madrid are believed to be among Cole's suitors
